Parameters

column_names

Type: An array of gchar*

The column names (if empty, will be read from first row after skip_rows)

The length of the array is specified in the n_column_names argument.
The data is owned by the caller of the function.
Each element is a NUL terminated UTF-8 string.
n_column_names

Type: gsize

The number of the specified column names.
